Welcome to the 1909 Sears Special Motorbuggy Circular Page

So you want to see the 1909 Special Motorbuggy Circular for a Sears Automobile? Well, you have found the right page.

This is the 1909 Special Motorbuggy Circular (at least I think it is. Please let me know if I am incorrct). It was put out in the spring of 1909. Sears catalogue number 118 appeared in the spring (April) of 1909. The index in the front cover of this catalogue has a category of "Motor Buggies" of which it says "Ask for our Special Motor Buggy Circular. This is the only automobile specific literature issued by Sears in 1909, other than the ad in the fall catalogue. You can see pictures of the car with full storm front going through deep Chicago snow. Serveral testimonials are also included which is interesting since this is the first that the car had really been advertised. Had thy given cars to people to try out?
