1907 Krotz - The Sears Prototype

So you want to see pictures of the 1907 Sears proto type - the 1907 Krotz? Well, you have found the right page.

Thanks to Karl Chulick for allowing these pictures to appear here. According to Carl, the serial number on the cross member of the frame of this car is "AK01". Other interesting things is that the frame has extra holes in the area of the jack-shaft mounting where different size drive wheels were tried.

I hope you enjoy looking at the information.

This is a picture of Karl Chulick and his 1907 Sears Krotz, which appears to be the first proto type built for the Sears Motorbuggy.
